Just took receipt of a Xena XX10 disc alarm lock. While I know they've been around for years, I thought I'd pass along my review. Very impressed with the beefy construction. It attaches to the front disc very easily and the sensitivity to setting off the 120Db alarm is a matter of positioning on the disc at the 12, 3, or 6 o'clock position. While the disc lock won't prevent a "lift-jacking" the bike won't be rolled or driven away. The alarm, if activated, resets automatically after 15 seconds. IMO all-in-all a pretty clever security device for those who do not have a factory security system on their ride. Definitely an upgrade to locking the forks.

I had one of these in the past and in my parking and everytime a car passed my bike it would start wailing . Too many false alarms for me. It was a nuisance.
