Visor light bezel

Is this gap supposed to be here in the bezel! I can not get it any tighter.

Is that the HD visor bezel? If so, I had a black one and it had the same gap in it. took it off, went rite back to the dealer and exchanged it for a standard black ring. I agree with Mojo; it's a bad design.

I had my outer fairing off a couple weeks ago so I dealt with the gap. I loosened up the headlight ever so slightly then put a new allen head bolt in the bezel that was a better quality, and longer, than the one that came with the bezel. Used the same nut though. Fits very well now. I agree with it being a poor design. Shouldn't take this much effort.

Yea, Harley hit the ball out of the park on that one <insert sarcasm>....mine did the exact same thing and it drove me nuts so I took it off. lol

I guess if there is no gap and you ride in the rain, water needs to drain out somewhere.

WOW, that's crap - I would have to put something there "H" trim or something. Wonder why its not 1 piece like the original?
