Hi
I recently fitted V & H Monster Squared Mufflers along with Bluetooth Fuel Pack and a V & H VO2 Naked Air Filter with Stock Cover on my 2014 Street glide.
Everything ran smoothly until I tried to fit the Air Filter Assembly as the Cylinder front and back breather pipes were fouling the cover and the filter would not sit flush on the backplate.
I tried all ways to get it to fit with no success. The front and back rubber breather pipes have a bend in them which goes through the backplate and fits into a machined cut out in the aluminium venturi assembly. The filter was catching on these and it was impossible to get it to sit flush. I ended up cutting these bends off so the breather pipes sat flush with the front lip of the venturi cut out.
I have run the bike down to Europe and covered around 1500 miles and it seems to be running fine but all websites I go on it shows these bends in place. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this problem
