I went with the Patriot Suspension Fork Spring Kit on my '10 Street Glide and couldn't be happier with the ride...they're definitely worth taking a look at.

For the rear I HIGHLY encourage you to take a look at Suspension Technologies F-Tech Series Shocks. Simply put, this is the single best upgrade I have done to my bike. While they are a 'hidden gem' in terms that they don't quite have the brand recognition as a Progressive, the quality and the technology is second to none. If it were my bike and I was looking to replace both the front springs and rear shocks, I would encourage you to go with the Patriot Suspension Fork Spring Kit in the front and the Suspension Tech Shocks in the rear.
