SE Street Cannons heat???

Thanks Hulks and Mojo, this is to me, a very relevant piece of information. I love the fit and finish of the full system but I don't feel like worrying every time when coming to a turn...
On a side note, I also like the true duals but keep hearing you lose low end torque with those... But don't get me wrong. I'm not power crazy. Just don't want to have less than I have now.

As for fuel management, I'll keep that in mind too cause I don't intend to go internals and want something that's trouble free. The kind of thing you set-up once and forget about it.

Thanks again guys. I think I'll be riding down to Plattsburgh very soon but might just go with slip-ons for now.

Appalooza- I don't lose enough low end torque to matter to me. Whats more important for me is the lack of heat issues on my right thigh! I have more than enough power and my Dyno numbers prove it.

They will be very loud and nasty..

Late to the conversation as I just bought my 2014 SG 2 weeks ago..anywho- what do you mean by "nasty"? Loud I am fine with, my 01 Deuce ran V&H LongShots without baffles and I loved the sound. So, When you say nasty do you mean it has a bad sound, or just too loud for most people? Thanks.

All accounts I have read of people trying Street Cannons with no Cat Converter said they did not like the sound of them. Hard to say exactly why.

They are specifically designed to work with the stock catted head pipe and they sound great that way.
