Police brake caliper fog lamp mounts?

I saw these lights (see attachment) on one of the police bikes mounted to the front brake caliper and want to do the same to my street I have these on my crash bar and want to relocate them.
Anybody know how I can find these police fog light mounts?

It looks to me like they just modified a set of BMX style bicycle pegs and bolted them on using the lower caliper mount bolt. Then they simply clamped the lights to them.
