PM Throttle Grip comes apart on ride

Has anybody had this happen to them before? I just installed them the day before & the next day they came apart

Yes had to glue the Arlen Ness grip because they came loose just like that. Little gorilla super glue and it hasn't come loose since.
 
Sorry, maybe it's just me, but there's no way I'd accept a throttle grip (any grip) that's loose. Let me put it this way…it's not going to come loose when it's sitting in your garage!

The throttle grip on mine didn't come loose at the start but became loose after use. They are glued onto a sleeve when made and maybe not the best glue to last. Heat, vibration and weather take their toll. It's a pretty easy fix but your right they shouldn't come loose but they do.
