Plug Wire Install

I bought some Screaming Eagle Plug wires, basically cuz they looked neat..do I need to lift the tank to install? Is there any mounting or routing connectors under the tank that I have to deal with? this is on a 14 Street Glide

The front plug wire is zip tied to the frame spine. Need to romove tank to remove stockers and install new
