I'm looking for opinions for performance improvement.

Current 103HO, v&h 575 cam, power duals, OS450 slip ons, SE elite heavy breather, FP3 tuner. They call it their 30 hp+ kit.

FP3 Sensor Data shows 115/130...which I know is likely not accurate. Haven't dyno'd it. She boogies tho.

I have been looking at 110 tire shredder kit but using my cam and thinking about hpi throttle body vs HD 58mm.

Also wondering if I just add better heads to what I have already.

Curious what others think?

I'm assuming the V&H cam is a .575 lift cam right? I can tell you that my wood 777 cams are a .575 lift and addition to the cams, I have CNC ported/milled heads with 1.900 intake and 1.610 exhaust valves, 10.25:1 CP pistons, V&H Pro Pipe, SE Ventilator Elite AC, SE 58mm tb (with 5.3 gps injectors) and a Thundermax tuner (with Fuel Moto's 107 kit tune), to complete my 107 Kit. My bike made 109.XX rwhp and 106.XX rwtq on a Dayton Dyno. Now, I never dynoed my bike in stock form prior to doing the 107 build because I had bolted on many performance parts before I even rode the bike for the first time. However, I've seen plenty of numbers from stock 103's that are on average between 76-80 rwhp and 90-95 rwtq. Having said that, my 107 combination netted me increases of 29-33 rwhp and 11-16 rwtq over stock (depending on whether you use the low or high average of a stock 103 for comparison). FYI, the owner of the Dayton Dyno told me that a Dyno Jet Dyno will typically net higher numbers than a Dayton Dyno, but I have yet to get on a Dyno Jet Dyno to confirm this. Some people may say that my numbers are a bit low, but to me, a 40% increase in hp and 18% increase in tq to the wheel is a significant improvement. I hope this information helps you to make an informed decision about having head work done. One last thing I'll say here is, the owner of the shop that did my head work convinced me to get rid of my V&H dresser duals and run a 2 into 1 system for best results and I followed his advice. Here are a few pics of my heads after they were reworked and one before pic of the camber, so that you can see the detail in the work.
