Thought I'd share photos as I went along the process of painting my bike. Sticking with original color but adding flames. Clearing with satin clear.

I'm happy with the results so far. Here is the fairing with the black flames added.

Saddle bags are complete. Time to get ready to spray the satin clear.

I think the tank will look good with the factory badges back on it. Was thinking about leaving them off till I took the pic below. I think the badge works with this paint job.
Well all parts are cleared and in bake cycle. I'm alway nervous when spraying the satin clear that it won't flatten out as much as I want. It is always shiny till it is done baking. painted my helmet satin silver
