I'm sure you see this question a lot ,but I need some advice on my Sreeming eagle slip-ons.Riding season approaching in few weeks so I'm planning to make some sound as well performance upgrades to my new SGS.I have already ordered the V&H FP3 and V&H A/C.Next questions is what baffle should I go with for the best deep true Harley sound.The street cannons just won't do it! I need something louder and deeper than that.I went trough few HD and V-twins forums to look for an answer,I can't decide what is the best baffle on the market is it the Big city thunder or the Cycle Shack?Any advice will appreciated, Thank you !!
Newbie needs exhaust advice 2015 SGS

I went to the Dealership and they started every bike they had custom exhaust on, as well as customers till I found what I wanted. Parts spent an hour with me just doing sound tests.
I just put a set of V&H Oversized 450 Raider slip-on on my 2015 SG. In CA so I have catalytic converter, they are NOT loud. Good deep sound and they look (chrome on black bike) great. I had a set on Slash cut slip-ons on my old 2000 RK (no catalytic converter) and they were loud, loved it. Miss them but I don't talk as loud when I get to work. Now my wife listens a little more for the rock n roll than the pipes before she knows to open the garage door when I get home. Good luck brother. JC.
I just added the same slip ons but with the titan tips and they sound good, nice deep bass sound. Then last week I added ceramic coated Jack pot header and now they have some real bark to them .

+1 on what you say Wedge and I had them for a while.
I just found that after riding more than 600 Km they gave me a headache.
But as for the sound deep and throaty as you say.

+2 ..... if you want LOUD and throaty CFR is the way to go.....not for some of us though...
