New grips

I am goign to be installing a set of grips on my 2015 SGS. I have done it on a 2013 SGS. Anything I need to watch out for? I know be careful of the break switch and DON'T pinch any wires. ( I learned that the hard way)

Be careful of the brake light switch on the right bar.

Check and double check that you are comfortable with the diameter of the grip. I put mine on without much thought and now wish they were thicker...larger diameter.

Just for interest, what is the largest diameter grip for a street glide?
I have huge hands.

I can't answer that. However, I have seen displays at the HD dealer that allow you to grip the grips like they were on handlebars. Check with your dealer. I bought mine online.
