Got a 2014 Streety. Wanna go true dual. Dont like the pipe under frame thing. Got Bassani true duals on my FLSTS & l love 'em. Been researching for the Glide. Leaning toward MGS. Anyone running those? Been hearing & reading good things 'bout 'em. Feedback, por favor.

Just ordered a set for my limited, but running V&H true duals w/4" Rush on my 13 SG and they are performing very well.

HDMike26- I added Rush Ceramic True Duals and Rush slip-ons to my 2014 but did notice a bit of performance lost on lower end acceleration. My ace mechanic told me to reduce my baffle size because the headpipes flowed so well there was a loss of back pressure. Sure enough, I went from 2 inch to a 1.75 baffle size and right away notice the ooomph was back. Oh yeah, the sound is quite a bit louder with the Cat gone.

So I rode over to Lancaster to check out MGS' operation. From all appearances these guys know thier stuff. Mike gave me a tour of the shop & I got to listen to the set up as well. Also watched one get dyno'd. These pipes are the s#%t. All reviews seem 95% positive. Gonna go with 'em. Further info to follow.

Harleymojoman,
I noticed the same at first, but I do all my own work, so I did not reduce the baffle size, I added a small turbulator to the standard baffle and tweaked my tune to get the most out of it without burning things up. I retired at 40 and put together a killer home garage with a drop in roller in my lift. It helps with tuning...

The only cure for stress is lots of miles on 2 wheels.

OMG ! ! ! I'd kill for that garage! No more sleeping in the doghouse for me ! Let us know how it all unfolds.

OK.... Now I have a dilemma.... build a back porch and roof, or COPY YOUR GARAGE.... YOU SUCK!!! Now I won't hate you if you tell me how to convince the wife this is more important than a roof and porch.... sigh....

MGS true duals on mine. Just got it home last week. Still 30 degrees here in North Dakota, but I've got about 35 miles on it so far.

The sound is AWESOME. (I got the loud baffle). Not annoyingly loud when cruising, but a nice sound when you hit the throttle.

Performance-wise it seems to be good.....but I'm comparing it against my 2005 Road king, so it was bound to be better. Had a custom dyno tune done at the local Harley dealership. 87.35 hp and 106.42 ft lbs of torque. I'm not real knowledgeable on this, but my service guy was quite impressed with the torque, indicating that this is better than most systems he typically sees on the street glides.

Ok, so I got the MGS trues w/S&S air cleaner. Feels like I've more power off the line & more passing punch. Sounds and looks great. Looking for a throttle body cover other than HD's. Anybody got anything on that?
