Hydrolic Clutch Bleeding Question

So I am having some issues and I hope you all can help! I replaced the stock bars on my 2015 street glide special with 12" yaffes, chrome controls, chrome clutch and brake assemblies and braided lines. I got the parts (less bars) from hillside country custom cycles (the clutch and brake assemblies are OEM parts that HCC gets plated). So I took the bike to my dealer so they could connect the clutch and brake lines and bleed the systems for me. They called me shortly after and told me the clutch plunger was sticky and functioned hard/improperly. I contacted hill country and they sent me a new clutch master cylinder assembly - noquestions. I dropped the new one off at the dealership and they again called saying this one too was faulty with the same issue. I was frustrated and told them to put it on and bleed the system anyway (this decision was made after a lengthy conversation with hill country). I went to pick up the bike, and was informed at that time that the tech wouldn't bleed the clutch because he couldn't - they claim something is stopping the fluid from leaving the master cylinder. The service written took me to the bike and showed me how the clutch lever was able to be pulled but there was "nothing there" - it wasn't working. So I again called hill country and was told that there is "nothing there" because the clutch isn't bled and that if I were to bleed the clutch it would function fine. So I guess my question(s) to you all is/are: does what the dealership is telling me sound right? What about what hill country is telling me? If the clutch assembly is brand new is it true that there would be no clutch if they simply connected it and filled the master cylinder without bleeding it? If I were to open the bleeder valve, even though the system wasn't bled, would fluid leak out if I have the clutch lever pulled? I'm not sure if I should do what the dealership suggests and get a new clutch and brake assembly from HD for 650 plus labor or if I should pick it up and try to bleed it myself and see what that does. Thoughts?

I'm interested in your solution. Two weeks ago I had the same bars installed on my 14 flhxs and as I was riding today something very similar happened to me. Stopped at a light, in 1st gear , clutch lever engaged all of a sudden zero pressure on the clutch and the bike launched forward a few feet. Pulled over, let the bike cool off, cycled the lever several times and noticed fluid leaking down where the clutch hose enters the trans. Limped into the local dealership and they pretty much gave me the same story in which they told me it was a sticky valve and was covered under warranty. My master cylinder is stock, so I don't think it's the master cylinder. I'll post what the fix was when I get it back.

The stealership told me one thing and hill country told me another. I ultimately ended up ordering a new clutch side master cylinder assembly from the stealership. It will be here mid week
