Heel shifter delete

I didn't care for the heel shifter, so I removed it. I found this nice delete piece that moves the toe shifter to the outside position.

I deleted just the peg on the heel. That way my foot don't rub on the primary case and scratch it.

I hated the heel shifter at first but now I would be lost without it after 25 years of using it lol

I got rid of my heel shifter also. It was in the way and I never used it. Used the kuryakin thing to move the peg out wards

Changed out the foot controls to Soft Brake parts this weekend. Really happy with it. The Soft Brake heel shifter delete spacer has a spring inside to take up any slack.

Ordered the HD Burst brake pad, shifter peg and floor boards tonight. Excited to see them on the bike..

I got rid of the heel shifter too. I tried to use it but got tired of my foot getting stuck between the two. Plus I've got 30 years riding motocross and other bikes without one.

The second day I owned the bike got rid of the heal shifter. 50 years of riding without one I wasn't willing to change. Also I liked to be able to move my foot around some & not be hampered by the heal shifter.

I removed the heel shifter also.
When I bought the 2010 Ultra Glide, I removed the heel shifter and put a short section of rubber gas line on the shaft. When I traded in the 2010 for the 2014 Street Glide, I put the heel shifter back on the Ultra and moved the rubber spacer to the Street Glide. It will stay there until I find something better.
