I put 13's on my 2014 SGS a few years back. All I needed was a wiring harness extension that cost 39.00 at the dealership. After I rerouted my hydraulics, I would have been able to go to up to 14" without changing anything other than the addition of the harness extension. If you do anything over 14", you're buying new hydraulic lines too. My dealership told me I had to buy new hydraulic lines and they would charge me something stupid like 1200.00 bucks for parts and labor to hang my 13's. I already had my bars so I got a six pack of beer, the wiring harness extension, a set of bushings and my laptop & headed out to my garage and watched a Youtube video where a dude was kind enough to show step by step, from the first bolt to the last, how to take the fairing apart, reroute the hydraulics and change bars out on a Rushmore Streetglide, then put it all back together. Couple hours later, I had new bars. Total cost, around 300 dollars, parts and liquor.
