i have a 2014 sgs when i bought it i had the dealer instal v&h twin slash rounds stage 1 air cleaner and screamin eagle super tuner after riding the bike in some of the warmer days we have had it seems to put off a lot of heat if i would instal the v&h power deuls would that take care of this issue and would i have to have the bike retuned any info would help thanks

I would try this device: fl-vied-10

The VIED has been documented to drop engine temperature as measured with oil temperature dip sticks. Getting rid of the cat converter is another issue. You will most likely only notice the cat heat is gone when stopped.

What did you get for numbers on your dyno run? I have the exact same set up.

2014 Street Glide
13' Cycle Shack apes
Screamin Eagle High Flow A/C
V/H Twin Slash Rounds
Screamin Eagle Pro Tuner
Chrome everywhere

Greatslide808 has a great deal on a set of them on this forum right now! Removing the cat also removes a lot of the heat. See my options below V

I have a set to sell also. I had a dyno tune done so I don't need them.

thanks harleymojoman i am going to do the pipes and add these VIED's
i ordered them yesterday

well i got the new head pipes put them on and went for a 10 mile ride came back removed plugs and they did make the bike run more lean im still waiting on the vied's to get here i hope they will fix this

When you get the VIED... set it to 50%

Im running stock ac and headpipe with slip-ons at 50% runs great with no decel pop and golden brown
