cracked Y pipe

[SHOE]

took my 2006 Street Glide in for winter storage and the H-D shop called and said the Y pipe up by the engine is cracked. 3 questions I have are.

1) is this an easy fix/ easy to get to?

2) and about how much will it cost?

3) Does anyone know the part # for the pipe. i cant seem to find it online

H-D Shop quoted me about $400.00 for the whole job. i think they said parts were about $250.
