Wondering if anyone here has ever dealt with Barnett clutches. Are they good. Or should I just look at recluse??

Yes Barnett make good clutch plates, but the recluse set up is even better. Rivera Primo also makes some nice set ups as well that I have been very happy with in the past. But I would go recluse if I were you, that is what is going in mine when the time comes.

Yes I have ran a Barnett clutch and spring conversion on a 150hp nitrous Road Star warrior( I know its not a Harley) but 2 up with spray and it never slipped once. I am going to put a set in the glide when the stock set give out.

One of the issues with Rekluse clutches is, the bike will still roll in gear when parked on an incline.

Rekluse supplies a velcro strap to wrap around your front brake lever to prevent the bike from rolling.

Thanks for the input!!!!!
I'm not at the point of needing a clutch yet. But wanted to see options before I get there.
