Bar install / long clutch cable

So two weekends ago we did my bar install, 12" Yaffes.
Install went well. We did the longer brake and clutch cables as well as the wires.
Anyways, it seems that my clutch cable is really long and in the way between the frame and the front fender. The brake lines hit it. Did anyone else have this issue? What did you do with the extra cable that seems to be in the way? Pull it up into the fairing, zip tie it to the frame?

I did 15's, and there is definitely a lot of clutch cable left over. I zip-tied along the rail by the rear brake, then did the same at a few places up to the cross-over between the down bars. Works perfectly.

12's don't need anything other than hand control wiring extensions.... I have done 4 sets of 12's on 14/15 batwings

On my 08 there was no way possible. We checked and tried before putting on the new stuff.

No worries man. I am just looking to see what others have done to get this out of the way. I feel like zip ties would he a bit "cheap" looking. But if that is all there is to do, then that is all there is to do.

Zip ties work and only real solution... just don't kink them

So I am going to address this issue tomorrow. I'm installing my bar mount mirrors and the fairing mirror deletes. While I have the front of the fairing off, I am going to see if I can pull some of the slack up and have the cable inside the fairing more. I really would rather not use zip ties if I can avoid it. To me it would look cheap. I have some on hand but will only use them as a last effort. I'll get some pics when I am all done.
