I am looking at adding on the Arlen Ness fender extender and adding the custom dynamics plasma rods. Does anyone know if the side that extends and meets up to the saddle bags, if there is enough room for the plasma rods. I called Arlen Ness and left a voice mail but have yet to receive a return message. I am seriously debating on 1. adding the rear fascia and the rods or 2. Leaving the rear alone and putting the antenna plugz in. I am also playing with the idea of stretched bags, or the two tone extensions.

There will be roughly a 1/4" gap between the Fender Extension and the Saddlebags. Not exactly sure what the width is of the Plasma Rods but I imagine it would be a snug fit. The link below will take you to some on-bike photos that illustrate the gap.

Hope this helps!!

You will be fine with the plasma rods. I'm ordering them for mine. I have the fender extension and the angled bags. These are made by Fairing Factory for Arlen Ness. Call them and ask them for a price. You may get a better deal than from Arlen Ness. If you are getting the angled bags, consider Top Shop. They are similar and cost more but you will spend the difference on body work and the Top Shop bags come carpeted and ready for paint.

Thanks, any chance of a straight on close up pick of the rear end specifically the gap?
