I am swapping my stock cams with some cvo 255's and currently have 15,500 on the odometer. I am replacing the needle bearings with b-168's and was curious if I should replace the tappets/pushrods or re-install the stock tappet/pushrods?

Are you getting a free cam and trying to save money? If so, just swap the cam and inner needle bearings.

I am installing new 255 cams and new b-168 needle bearings. I needed input since I have the rockers off and cam chest open should I upgrade the tappets/pushrods.

I would recommend Johnson Hi lift tappets, very good and affordable. Stock push rods are fine
