2015 Charcoal Pearl color

Help! I need the color code and brand to match my bags. Harley wants $140 for 1 quart!!
Does anyone know where I can find the paint cheaper but the same color and paint? Any help is much appreciated

I used "color-rite" for a small area ....but a pearl is probably a two step process with a clear coat. I had damaged a portion of the rear lower front fender and took me three tries to be satisfied but not a 100 percent. Better than spending $600.00 for a fender.

HD "Pearl"is a proprietary process to HD a good paint shop can match pretty close but not exact..

Pearl is hard to match exact. It will show different shades of it.

this is what I'm talking about. Both are charcoal pearl. Mine has chrome his has black done. Totally different looking colors

I just went through this with Daytona Blue Pearl. PPG is the ones who will have the paint code, have your painter get it from them. $140 is cheap, REALLY cheap because for a pint of DBP is was way more than that. The guys here are correct too, the pearl paints are very hard to match, even on my HD lowers they aren't all the same and they came from Harley. I had my new speaker lids painted and if you look at them from one angle they match, move a step left or right and they don't. If all you need is to paint bag extenders then get a pint instead, a quart is way more than you need.
