Hoping for some guidance...
I'm finding the stock floorboards seem to raise my boot to close to the shifter to easily get under it. I actually have to force my boot toe under and this does not seem normal to me.
I'm curious if the shifter is adjustable? Up a 1/4 to 1/2" seems right or should I look at the floorboards? The rubber is raised on isolation mounts just about the amount im having issue with. Btw... I'm completely new to all things Harley and riding in general.. Learning everyday .. Thanx

You can adjust it in a few ways.... the shifters are splined for one.. and if its too close or too far in either direction, the shift linkage can be shortened or lengthened to make the difference up.

Yep- what spazz said-
If the vertical space is the issue, use an Allen wrench to loosen the heel/toe attachment point, rotate your toe shifter up, and then re-tighten everything.
Adjusting the shift linkage will affect the forward/back placement a bit (while also obviously affecting the angle and the height a bit).
I wasn't using the heel shifter much because it required me to lift my entire foot so much I felt like I was kick starting the bike. I realized how simple it was to tilt the arm down and now I'm good to go.

Looks like they are adjusted pretty good for using the heel-toe shifter have you tried shifting the bike that way try it you mite like it up shift with your heel down shift with your toe you never have to get your boot under the shifter peg This is my first bike with this type of shifter set-up at first I did not get this whole heel-toe thing

The shifters can also be removed and rotated on the spline's of the shaft to adjust them to your liking all you need is the correct size allen wrench

Ditto all that said above. I actually ended up taking my heel shifter off with my size 13 boot I didn't have a lot of variance in foot placement. With it off I have a lot more locations I can comfortably put my foot
