1157 3 way red / amber LED inserts

I have an 1157 light bar on my 2014 glide.

Does anyone know of a 1157 lamp insert that does running / brake in red and turn in amber?

All I've found is red / red in 1157 and dual function red amber in an 1156

Custom dynamics do an emergency red / amber 1157 but say all lights illuminate together. Maybe it's worth trying to require these?

Seems there is every possible combination but the one I want.

Any ideas please.

The stock setup on our bikes doesn't allow for that on the rear turn signals. I went round and round with custom dynamics about this when I placed my order.

Seems if they designed an insert that covered this they'd have sales.

Thinking of loosing the light bar completely and replacing it with their 3 way curved licence plate I have. I'd settle for brake and running lights on the bar if I could loose the red turn aspect.

What did you do in the end?

It's weird. I figured since I had their front turn signals that are white rings that turn to amber blinkers when the blinker is turned on, that they could do the same for the rear. Supposedly, it's because the rear turn signals are different because they are brake lights, in addition to run and turn, and so they said something about special wiring, a module of some sort, or taking it to the dealer to have the computer changed. At that point, I shut off and just ordered the red ones that have the red ring for driving, and then it lights up in the center for the blinkers and the brakes are also red. Not sure if it is just the ring that gets brighter for the brakes or if it is the center as well. Just ordered them yesterday, so I don't have them in hand yet. The only other option that is plug and play, is their all red LED that acts the same as the stock rear bulbs do, where the whole thing is lit for running but then when you hit the brake or turn signal, the entire thing gets brighter.

Thing is I have their signal decoder on the way for the licence plate with amber turn signals and separate brake light so the wiring can be separated. Why can't they figure something out with a dual intensity red and amber turn. Can't be that hard.

I ended up putting the Custom Dynamics Antenna Plugz on my 14. I know they only come in a red lens but they can be a variation of run, brake, turn or all three.

With that setup, who knows. It might be close to working. I'd email or call their support and tell them what you ordered and what you're trying to do and see what they recommend.
