I have a '14 delivered SG standard. Stage 1 kit, SE heavy breather, SE thunder exhaust and various bolt on HD accessories.
Have got an engine vibration, this is my first Harley, so I was expecting differences.

However I felt the gear shift move and a raw vibe, enough to make my fingers go numb, started
Been to the dealer a couple of times, they said "we can't find anything but we made some adjustments".

Being under warranty I didn't want to drag out the spanners and start pulling bits off.
I have noticed that the top front mount on the front cylinder is under extreme tension.

So I have concluded that the engine has moved in the mounts slightly,
How do I reset the engine position in the frame properly, I have made a small adjustment and cut the vibes in half.
And/or what options for after market mounts, the front one especially will be an ongoing issue.

Update: I went to the dealer I got the bike from and they did a couple of rides and declared nothing wrong, except for the fairing vent flap which has rattled since I changed the windscreen last year. They are going to change the vent flap assembly under warranty.
Getting a bit frustrated with it all, I bit the bullet and went to a different dealer, told them that I had a vibe at x revs etc,
the Mechanic walked out, said he knew what was wrong after a quick visual check, wouldn't tell me till he had ridden it,
then he fixed it.
I have SE 3" thunder pipes fitted before delivery, these had moved to the limit of the mount and were causing a resonance through the frame, all he did was relocate them properly and tighten it all up now its like a new one.
Lesson learned, it really is usually the small things.

Glad to hear the Pipes issue was fixed. Many of us had a buzzing sound at about 40 mph and above caused by the Fairing vent flapper gap when in open position. I had mine replaced under warranty and it didn't solve the problem. I fixed it myself with 2 inch clear packing tape. I believe there was a design change in late 2014 because the newer flappers don't flex as much anymore.
