Usb cable issue

Ciao to all
Just bought a 2021 Street Glide Special 1 month ago. Yesterday the usb connection with an usb stick with music inside stop working during drive. Now impossible to detect usb stick (I’m sure the stick is working) and phone connected with cable (no data and charging)
Someone experienced this issue?

Max, Are you saying no charging either? Could be the connection for the cable has worked loose or been pinched. It should be an easy test to find out but you may need to pull the outer fairing shell to check the cable & connection.

Thanks Mojo. Yes I supposed the same, I’ll remove the batwing to check!

Max72: Something else I found a year ago when I had problems, I switched to a genuine Apple USB cable and it solved my intermittent problems with Car Play.
I have the GTS radio on my 2018.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately I’ve already tried. Now the Street is recovered in Harley Dealer because after 600 km I have oil loss from the clutch cover!!! Arg and I lost the balance weights from a wheel.
3 problems after 600 km. THIS IS THE NEW QUALITY LEVEL OF HARLEY?
Unbelievable
They are trying to discover where is the loss, changing the USB cable and balancing again the wheel!
Take in consideration that in Italy a Street Glide Special cost 30k€.

The issue related to usb cable, was related to connection. The cable was not hardly connected with the radio unit.
