U.K. purchased Daymaker on USA spec 2014?

I have a 2014 USA spec SG arriving from Colorado to the UK soon.

I've been offered a 67700173 daymaker reflector headlight.

Will this fit my bike without having to break out the dremel and start cutting things?

Dealers here seem to think it's up to 2013 but opinion is divided so I've come to the experts!

Also do I still need the small wiring adapter for a 2014?

Yes, it will fit you will also need a Wiring Harness P/N 69200897.
