Does anyone have anywherei can get info on comparing MGS True Duals vs. Header pipes with CFR slip ons. I think I have decided on duals and have narrowed it down to these options. Any help or experience would be helpful. Dyno ing would be awesome! TIA

Go for the sound and look you want. Performance differences between good exhaust systems are insignificant. For sound, you gotta hear the real deal, not an internet clip. Or go by a recommendation you trust.
 
I agree with Hulks. I wasnt too concerned with performance because I grew up riding crotch rockets so everything feels slow to me. I'm currently running CFRs, Dresser Duals and FP3. The sound is awesome. If I was more performance minded I might of went jackpot or S&S power tunes.
 
I picked the only True Dual setup I could find that had Ceramic coating on both sides. I have NO heat issues on my right thigh. ;)
 
I have the Vance and Hines true dual system. IMO the true duals give a better sound overall. Like cousinKAP said these bikes are on the slow side anyway so what's 1-3 less hp.
 
Cousinkap how's it going with your set up and how do have it programmed monster rounds or slasher rounds. So far my set up like your is great everyone like the deep rumba. Bike sounds great. On the freeway or side roads.

It was suggested by V&H to use the map for slash round but my bike was running hot around 310-325 degrees. I went back used the hi output map with the autotune and it dropped it to 275. I flashed my first autotune with about 65 cells learned. Once I get to about 90 I'm going to flash it and take it out of auto-tune.

Everyone stops me to ask what type of exhaust I have. Its weird because there are two dealers here within 15 miles of each other. One dealship pushes CFR the other has no clue what they are. So when I go to the 2nd dealership, I get asked all the time.
 
Do you think you get a lot more back pressure. Not back firing.
