Switching exhaust

I'm running Rinehart Extreme True Duals now. I may switch to D&D 2 into 1.
Any running this set up notice an increase in heat? Or for that matter switching to any 2 into 1 from duals?

We run the D&D Fat Cat on our in house Road Glide and absolutely love it. It's been on the bike since buying it new in 2008 and it hasn't had much of an affect in terms of increased operating heat.
