I am looking to do a stretched tank and stretched side covers on my 02 bagger. I'm just not sure where the best priced and good quality product is to buy. If you guys could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend taking a look at the Bad Dad Stretched Fuel Tank Shroud. While I have never seen or held this in person, I know from experience that Bad Dad makes some of the best fiberglass products around so I am confident that this would be high quality like their other products. You can check it out at the link below.
Another good option is the Arlen Ness Winged Tank Extension, however it has been discontinued for '97-'07 models but you might be able to find one out there somewhere.
