Is the new air intake needed on the high output 103 models? Does the SE one compromise any leg room?

I'm not sure its "needed," but many make the mod. Which one are you looking to switch to? Stage 1, ventilator, HB, etc....
I have the heavy breather elite; it does not cause any trouble for my legs- but there are very view conditions that cramp my leg room.

All improve intake flow and exhaust flow more power. No screaming doesn't compromise leg room.

I already had the Harley tuner with V&H slip ons. Had the dresser duals and stage one air intake installed today. I didn't get to ride far because of rain but so far I really like the setup.
