2016 street glide 103. Added screaming eagle hi flow exhaust - 2 inch o.d header pipe no cat. Screaming eagle street canon with cats relocated in mufflers. Screaming Eg pro tuner. Screaming eagle stage one intake.

Problems- to quite and pop on deceleration here and there.

Good numbers on dyno but dyno also said running lean.

Harley dealers can not tune it recommended to other shop for dyno tune. $425.00.

What would you do or consider the best option ( money not issue )

1- scrap SE exhaust go with other ( which one and type) ?
2- scrap tuner for one that learns ? Which one ?
3- cut out cats from muff weld and try to tune with SE or other tuner ?

Could try to resell whole system on e bay
Could not find slip on's with 2" od for header
Might be able to find slip on's and open up to 2" if split weld.

Any input thanks

Scrap it all. Buy Rinehart 4" slip ones. Add the high flow baffles. Buy Rinehart Slimline Duals. Buy V&H Fuelpak 3. Tune it to the V&H Monster Round w/PowerDuals setting. Vroom vroom.

If money is no object and you are not happy with what you have, Change it. Get a 2 into 1 exhaust system to maintain performance or a quality 2-1-2 header system like Jackpot if you like the duals and move to a much more capable and expandable tuner system like TTS or Power vision that will support future motor improvements.

Do not scrap the exhaust. Just leave it as is. DO NOT CUT OUT THE CATS. This is a great exhaust system.

You have a great tuner that does learn and you can tune it yourself by riding the bike with it, or just get the dyno tune done.
Do not go to some aftermarket solution. They are not as good as what you have.

The dealer cannot change the fuel map due to federal laws and H-D policy.

Yep, but the cables (they are out there) and get the software, both from HD, and www.tunemyharley.com and tune the bike yourself or take it to a dyno you trust with the software and the cables, and they can put a good (non-EPA compliant) tune on the bike that will give you a lot more power than what you now have. A Harley dealership has to stay within EPA guidelines for any bike under warranty, and just maybe for any bike they work on in order to stay legal.

Boom! Did you go with the same tune?

Yes... Confirmed it with Vance and Hines. Have a buddy with an independent shop. He put her on the Dyno to see where it stood. Spot on perfect with the canned map. Love the Reinharts
