Screaming Eagle Cannons baffle removal?

I have a set of street cannons on my street glide and was wondering if anyone has removed the baffles from their pipes? The end caps come off easy with just four hex nuts to remove, but the baffles seem to be held in with tamper proof screws. Anybody attempt this yet? Thanks

Street Cannons don't have any baffles. They are straight through perforated cores. You can pull out the cores and packing material. The mufflers will probably turn yellow or blue with no packing to protect the metal shell from heat.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not into the sound of them at idle, kind of sounds like popcorn popping. Once I hit the throttle they sound pretty good. Thought by going with straight pipes it would sound much better. Thanks again
