Rear Fender LED

While cleaning my bike today, I took the bags off and saw how the sides to the rear fender that cover the brackets / bag supports where the antenna is bolts to the rear fender. I see the Custom Dynamics make the Fillerz for saddle bag supports. I don't want to have to buy another whole new rear fender to get rear LED's in that area. Is there another option beside sticking the Custom Dynamics LED's, "rods" between the bags and the rear fender? I would think that someone somewhere could make a replacement with plug in play LED's for that, or order a different fascia and lights maybe?

There are a few:
You could add the CVO fender/filler and lights but that takes a second mortgage on your house to finance!
Custom Dynamics also makes a complete LED factory looking tail light you could add
I simply added the CD Plasma Rods and I'm totally happy!

I decided to go with the HD bag lights IMG_1256.jpg Wasn't a fan at first but they light up the ass end nicely.

I am interested in H-D bag lights. Is the disconnect well designed to get the bags on and off without a hassle?

I remove my bags every couple of weeks to clean the bike how are the disconnects and did you have to drill into / through the saddle bag for the wiring?
As Mojo said I don't want a second mortgage to have some lights there. I also like the custom dynamics rods, but I will have to do some more research. I still can't believe that some aftermarket company doesn't make a 1 piece unit that is a stock replacement and offers a plug in play light for a semi-custom look or for those of us who may not go the route of extended bags ect.

hulks, I just put the HD bag lights on mine and I'm very happy with them. The disconnect is simple and easy. I actually got rid of my stock tail lights and for now only have the led bag lights that are run, brake, and turn. And a CD led tribar. My riding buddy says that alone is way brighter than the stock set up. I'm gonna put on a set of plasma's and call it good.
I like having the distance between the bag lights. I feel it makes it more visible.

I have these installed also and like them for the added visibility they provide. One question, do yours stay lit when in the auxiliary position?

Mine do and I'm not a big fan of them lit in aux. Plan on finding which wire provides the aux power and remove that pin. Hopefully everything else will work once it is removed.

exact same set up that i went with michael, certainly widen the ole girls back end, which is what i was looking for
