The first thing I bought for my SC+GS was the Twin Slash Rounds. I live in a hot área and I want to get rid of the catalytic converter with new head pipes. Can I use my Twin Slash rounds with a head pipe from V&H or do I need to buy the whole sytem?

IF they fit on you stock head pipes.... then why not just use stock head pipes with the converter removed?
B&E Performance removes the cat from stock head pipes, and sells them.

If you're looking for exact factory fitment, affordable and cat-less.... give them a try. I did. I even use some of his stock mufflers he re-cores with free flowing baffles.

Those will bolt up to any dual head pipe V&H sells mine are bolted to the power duals. They will also bolt up to a lot of other manufactures head pipes also.
