Just replaced my exhaust with Slimlines. Problem. ... I get this vibration goin through the frame at low torque. Driving me crazy. Nothing is touching frame and nothing loose.
One thought is I removed starter bracket for old exhaust. Don't think that has anything to do with it but thought I'd mention.
I'm ready to tear this exhaust off!
Any ideas or suggestion.

I had a similar experience when I removed and reinstalled my exhaust. Mine was squeaking from vibration as well. I would recommend loosening everything up, retorque the head pipe nuts, it's recommended on a new exhaust anyway after heating them. Tighten everything working from front to rear. Ensuring all pieces are fully seated and heat shield clamps are not binded in the slots. Drive again and retorque everything.

Thank you for your post!
Heat shields clamps not binded in slots?
Heat shields were pre mounted. Should I loosen each clamp and re tight them?

Well loosened everything up and retightened. Maybe a slight change but still vibrating. Feels like I'm feeling engine through frame. Downshifting and braking. Almost like exhaust is too tight to frame. Not a happy biker right now.

Could tuning cause any of this?

Tuning shouldn't cause a vibration. I will say I have also had loose items in the bags, also, make some hideous noises as well are completely empty bags. Also my front fairing vent when open. However at stock bike is tune to a frequency that is also pleasant to the ears. I think you maybe experience normal upgrade noise, assuming nothing else is loose.

Have you checked to make sure that the front header pipe isn't touching the right front floorboard bracket? The clearance is usually minimal in that area (maybe 1/4" or less in some cases) and the pipe could be touching from the engine torquing over. If you start the bike and let it idle, you should be able to see if it is touching. If it is, you may have to loosen the entire exhaust and carefully readjust it to try and gain enough clearance.

My Slimline Duals came with a bracket to move the right side footboard out about ¾" without the extension it will probably rub.

Thanks for input guys. Bracket spacer installed ✔️
Enough clearance ✔️
Goin in the shop tomorrow. Will let you know outcome.
Thanks!!

I was getting the same thing. I had to loosen tail pipe clamps and twist tailpipe a little to take pressure off.
