The real cure is to Quit Your Job.....then ya got no money to spend.
 
Have to agree with Mojo but look at the bright side when we are almost done with one we buy another so we can start again.

Ain't that the truth!

I really feel bad for the guys that buy the floor models that the dealership has customized at an outrageous price tag, only to end up re-doing most of those mods anyway over the course of owning the bike. Customizing it yourself is half the fun! Although it would be great if the MoCo ever actually started selling all their bikes with proper (stage-1) air intakes and decent sounding mufflers - so you didn't have to drop an instant $1K+ (slip-ons,intake,remap/tuner) as soon as you drive off the lot.

1k I wish! Lol $1600 doing myself after Dyno. I agree with you. That's a big hit from the start!

Idk, find a level of contentment. After 2 riding seasons on my SG I have it exactly like I want it. Haven't spent a dime more in accessories or customizing this year (but then it's only the start of month 2 of this riding season).
