I recently bought the HD high output bulb P/N 67074-02. I can't for the life of me figure out how to replace the original bulb as it is in a plastic elbow like connector. the new bulb looks physically bigger at the connector. Do I need some adapter wiring harness for this thing? All I wanted was a little more light for less money. Can't afford the LED's right now.

Thanks for the help.

What year is your bike? HD website says bulb will not fit dual bulb halogen headlamps standard on 14 and newer glides. Looks much like a standard halogen bulb. Twist bulb out of housing and pull bulb out from electrical elbow connector

'14 SGS. "Dual halogen" makes more sense now. Their website thinks it will fit. Looks like it will go back if that is the problem.

Thanks Blues!

You should check Sirius Led, they work great and you can get them from Amazon image.jpg

I will check those out RonWa. Thanks.

I did take the bulb back yesterday and they tried to sell me some aftermarket LED's that "looked like they will work" for $130. The parts guy did look at his catalog to try to make sure but he could not verify it. The label on the little box said "passing lamps" on it. I did not buy them as I know the original bulbs are different models anyways. Doubtful they would have worked. PASS.
