Haven't really had time to look into this problem yet. Could be the actual connector not snapped on enough? I just hope its not an internal wiring problem inside the bars. Any thoughts??

Well to try to put your mind at ease. When I did the bars on my 2013 SG the plug fell off. (or did not get put on correctly.)

Hopefully that is it.

This could be numerous of things....is it only Headlights or the whole left side switch cluster controls?

The age old IT joke, have you tried turning it off, then back on again. or Have you tried unplugging it, then plugging it back in.
Sorry im no help.

It is both the headlight and the volume for audio. Everything else works at the controls, signal, horn. I have tried the unplug , plug back in and on and off. No luck. I checked the fuse it is good. Maybe pinched wires at he bars? I hope it is not a wire or two inside the bars. Not interested in repeating that process.

Ya know, i have done stuff before like this, and i always get super angry and frustrated, then i stop smoke a heater and remember what a buddy told me, go back to basics, KISS (keep it simple stupid).

It sucks you may have to tear it down again but start from the connectors and work your way back up to the bars.
I dont think anyone has a magic answer for you, i think you just have to honestly go back and recheck your work, because 90% of the time the response is a wire pulled lose on a plug etc.

On my sporty when i installed apes, i double checked my work and i still mixed up a wire, swapped the hi beam and the oil light plug so when the bike lost oil pressure on shut off the hi beam indicator came on, and vice versa.

Ohm test the wires from the switch to the connection at the headlight. That should tell you if there is a break in the wire.
