Installed HD passing / fog lights

Any idea how to make passing/ fog lights stay on when switching to hi beam ? Dealer can do it can you ?

hulkss is right, I had my dealer make mine either off or on with the aux light switch.
I do like the Passing Light Look

This is my Street glide with the HD passing lights and Clearwater running lights.
Both can be switched on by the fairing switch.

Very visible in day or night.

Check with your state laws.....some states don't allow the aux lights on with hi-beams.....

I just installed Kuryakyn driving lights with a harley switch in the "dash". The switch illuminates and the relay "fires" but the driving lights wont turn on. Any ideas? Thanks

CMS what year is your bike and we may need a little more information. If it's a 2013 or older you may need more parts.

It's a 2014. There is no power on the aux light wire in the plug that plus into the driving/marker light.

Dumb question, this is a can bus system so power is available to the wire did you put in the fairing switch?

Thinking you may have to go to the dealer and have something flashed. Seem to remember someone talking about that in a past thread. I could be wrong and maybe that's to make the lights work with the high beam.

I have put 3 sets on and about to put on a 4th without any issues so not sure. When I did mine over the winter of 13-14, even Harley Shop didn't know what to do, they thought they had to do the cut and splice crap of 13's and older. The even sold me a harness to make them stay on with the bright, which we all know now is BS!! lol

I can ask a HD Mechanic friend of a friend guy and see if he knows anything that needs to be flashed.

Talked to the head of the shop at HD here, he said there is no flash to make them work, when the switch is installed and the demand comes across, the line voltage will be fine and they should just come on. Flashing is only for them to remain on with bright.

Not good news, but I would check all of your wires for continuity make sure something didn't pull loose or ground out.

They're the halogen

If you have ANY weak ground or shorted connection this will fry the lamps. Make sure all connections are secure BEFORE you turn on the lamps. Been there, done that. My dealer was gracious enough to warranty the fried lamps for me.
