I'm bored again.

Work is slow so I decided it was time to spruce up my tool cart I push from machine to machine when doing PMs or repairs. And since I have all these extra OEM HD parts that no one wants it was time to utilize them. I got a good start today by making the bar clamp.

Next will be to get the brackets made for the stock mufflers that are getting mounted on each side at the bottom.
All ready have the holes drilled to mount the horn cover and derby cover on the left side.
It's getting painted black and will add some stickers.
Also have new chrome levers coming, because Stangs said I had to, so I may mount the stock levers on the bars too.
I might just go get one of those kids bells that clamp on the handle bars too just to irritate the boss. You know, CLING, CLING with the thumb lever.
This is awesome.

You need to add a speaker on it so you can plug in an iPod that plays Harley sounds.

That would be a great idea Bry, but they banned iPods here at work because d*ckheads were wearing them on the lift trucks with ear buds and not paying attention. That would be cool though.

Got the holes drilled this morning for the shifting lever and need to locate the points cover yet and make a coffee mug holder. No self respecting maintenance man would be without a coffee mug.

Well that sucks. I'm sure the finish product will look great just like your snow blower, which I see on Facebook 2-3 times per day from different people.

Well Boys, the tool cart is finished and I must say, "Friggin Awesome".
Got a few weird looks from those that have no sense of humor. The rest love it. Even the Honda guys love it. Kind of fun to push around the shop when I'm headed to work on a machine.

The cart is tall enough that with apes, I'd have to use a step stool on wheels. But, apes on a tool box, hell yea.
My snowblower on facebook was someone else's doings. Hell, I never had a facebook account til then. I only joined just to see pics.
