Which one is everyone running. Is there anyone running a HID kit on a 14+ and what type of bulb is in The head light now? Pros and cons to HID and LED? I drive a lot on farm market roads and run HID's in all of my trucks. Just because they let me see the hogs and cows before they get me lol
Thanks in advance fellas

I actually recently installed the jw speaker evo 2 led light to my 14 street glide. The only reason I bought this was because me and 5 other street glides were cruising down country roads recently and the stock lights ONLY hit the road and nothing on the sides. We were going down windy roads and it made me nervous to go thru turns as I couldn't see the edges of the roads for any small creatures or anything for that matter. I purchase the speaker headlight and now I lead the pack everytime we ride because I light up the road and the sides the roads for the whole crew! Kind of pricey but for the benefit and safety I have gained from them, I wouldn't question the price! I can't give you much feedback on HIDs but I'm sure others will chime in soon!

+1 on the JW Speaker 8700 Evolution 2 headlight. Really bright, excellent light. And it looks good with LED turn signals ;)

Plus 1 on the JW speaker E2. They make the daymaker for Harley so you know the quality is there. I had a bad experience with HID light not staying lit while riding down the road at night on my last bike. Had issues keeping the ballast from over heating and shutting down while moving. Not saying they haven't fixed some of that. With some it's hard to get the light to focus and it just fills the area around and in front of the bike. While the HID was working it was wonderful lighting up the reflective signs in daylight. I'm sure you must know a little about the HID's if your running them in your cages.

My vote goes for the JW Speaker E2

The stock Bulb's are an H9 and an H11 only difference between the 2 is wattage
