Help with JW EVO 2 black 7"

Just tried installing JW EVO 2 black 7" on my 2016 Street Glide. After install the high beam light would not come on. Stayed in Low beam all the time. Tried changing wire harness and that did not work. Im assuming the Light is defective. I used the Kuryakyn 5487 harness.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Not sure what year model, but 2014 and up need a $20 HD LED Adapter plug.

I would check out the wiring harness to make sure it's working right. The harness just changes the connections from 2 bulb plugs to 1 bulb plug. It could also be the light but I'm thinking I would really look at that harness.

That is what my thought was too. I returned harness and bought another and same thing was happening. I ordered light from Amazon or I would've bought another light. I returned light and reordered another . Unfortunately I've gotta wait 5 days. Ordered several led lights for turn signals etc. and my headlight was what I was most excited about!! O well, what's another 5 days! Thanks!
