Okay so I am at throttle side. I thought it best to pull tbw extension first and of course all went well. The problem now is trying to pull the secondary bunch of wires through. I have added dish soap as suggested but the namz wire extension has a bulge where the connectors meet and with the heat shrink it does not want to travel around the 90 degree turn at the bars. I have 14 LA chopper twin peaks by the way. Any tricks or advice much appreciated.

You may not want to hear this... but it worked for me several times.

I used weedwacker line... two pieces... AT THE SAME TIME... one for the TBW and one for the hand control wiring. Take a close measurement of length of TWB and hand control mocked up side by side next to the bars...adjust the length of the weedwacker line you already have fished in the bars.... start pulling BOTH SETS of wires at the same time and use WIRE LUBE ( its like KY for electrical wires at Home Depot ) Take your time and you should get it.

Spazz is on point. Wire lube, a lot of it.

A wrench jockey I know told me he uses a short length of really small chain which by its own weight works itself through the bars. Could connect a guide wire to that and go from there.

Good luck.

Diamond youre probably done by now but i pushed AND pulled the wires through very slowly. Got to push and pull at the same time. Also used a flexible claw to get the pull wire through. That sharp pointy bend makes it hard but i jus took my time so i wouldnt damage any wires

Hell.....I managed to get all the wires through INCLUDING heated handgrips through standard sized bars including leaving the Molex connectors in place on the wiring the flexible wire pull stuff that comes in pieces at HF.......a little silicone spray as the wire lube was at the other house......it will go through you just have to be patient and take your time :D
