I have the new SE stage III 110 kit in my 2014 street glide. First not looking for people that want to bash the engine kit ..that was my choice. What I am looking for is which head pipe might give me the best performance with this kit. I currently have the V&H true duals. I am leaning toward V&H power duals. I would like to keep the Rinehart 4" slip ons I currently have. Would love to hear opinions and especially hear from people who have this kit what they have for exhaust and if they have dyno numbers?? I had mine done and I have 101 HP/105 TQ. It runs real smooth and is very impressive. It is night and day compared to before the kit. I had the same exhaust prior as a stage 1. Ultimately I know it is my choice but would like some facts to base my decision on. Also any sound clips would be welcome.

Hey bulldog. I used the rush header. It already had rush slip ons from my previous stage 1. The particular rush head pipe I used allowed me to keep my oem HD heat shields.

My numbers are in the signature. It's not the loudest bike out there, but it sounds mean. Especially around 3rd gear and on the throttle.

I appreciate the input but I do want to keep the dual exhaust. That is why I was leaning towards the V&H power duals. From what I have read I am thinking they will put me up in the area of 119TQ and 110-115HP. Do you think that is realistic based in comparison to what I am getting now. Anybody think I can reach those numbers legitimately with the set up and exhaust I currently have?

From another site: "Well I got an answer back from V&H,

On the Power Duals vrs Dresser Duals, They said:

You will lose 3 horse power by choosing the Dresser Duals over the Power Duals."

Thanks Hulkss. The V&H site is currently down. That does not seem like a lot any idea on torque difference? The dealer said since I had the power vision auto tuner it made it easier to tune and I am sure he did not spend hours on the dyno so maybe that would make a difference. I wonder if with a good tune I could be around 119TQ/110HP with what I have?

Best bet is 2 into 1 with the left ghost pipe! Remember the rules; more air in means more air out! Let that motor breath, otherwise it's wasting all that effort to do Stage 3!
