Hey guys, I have a question pertaining to the head pipe. Currently I'm running the stock header with the cat removed. I'm going to be getting a new set of mufflers soon and considering upgrading the header too. My question is, does changing the head pipe change the exhaust note? I know it helps performance but I'm wondering if it also effects sound. Thanks

Slightly louder less restrictive. Not sure on decibels but couple tones louder.

It also depends on which headpipe you are talking about... the X-Over design of the powerduals and Jackpot will give you a much deeper richer sound and better performance over the stock header due to the 2-1-2 design. They both do the same thing... but... jackpot uses the stock heat shields and saves you a bit of $$$
