I'm looking for feedback on a good place to get my inner fairing painted. Found one place online called: zeescustomsinc.com

Is anyone familiar with their work, or have any other recommendations?

Thank you:

Welcome Sully- What color are you wanting to paint it. Some colors are difficult to match.

There's a guy on Facebook who paints them with a exchange program. Good quality also as I got one from him during the Sturgis rally. Just looked it's called painted Harley fairings .com

Good question, my bike is the Big Blue Peal, which might be hard to match. I heard the first coat needs to be the vivid black, in order for the big blue peal to look right when finished.

I have the Big Blue Pearl and had a local shop paint my inner fairing. I wish I had just ordered from HD. The color match is not too off and the pearl came out ok but where you really notice the difference is in the sun. The metal flakes they used are smaller and do not match the tank. The inner fairing is the one part of the bike you are always staring at so it you do not want to be disappointed, spend the money to order it from Harley or find someone that has gotten it right for sure. You are at a disadvantage with colors like Big Blue Pearl, that is for sure. Any other color (such as other pearl colors) and I think they can get it "more" right.

If you have Vivid Black - anyone can paint that...

good painters always do spray outs to make sure the color matches that particular vehicle. that cost time and extra money but its worth it to get it right as stated before if the color is off on something you have to stare at it will bug you to know end. I'm a painter and have spent hours tinting MC colors to make sure there right and have the gray hairs to prove it:mad:

Had Paul do an inner swap on my 13 SG.
Did a great job. Did it in the back parking lot at Rossmeyers HD in Daytona a few years ago.
Perfect match and done in 55 minutes.

He is doing my 15 Limited in March

Can't wait..

For anyone with hard to match HD paint like Daytona Blue Pearl, Radioactive Green, etc. I found this place when I was on a job in Wisconsin, they do custom work for HD and said they would have no problems matching my Daytona Blue Pearl, including the stripes. I'm going to have them paint a set of extended bags/fender with the stock Harley paint job. http://www.cpvehicles.com/

Otherwise Paul at Painted Harley Fairings comes highly recommended.

I have a superior blue 2015 street glide. I am here in Houston. I had CVO bags and a bad dad front fender painted. I purchased the paint from HD, quart cost about 140.00. It was a perfect match to the original paintIMG_3721.jpg
