So funny story. I wanted to go for a ride today and I started up the bike in my garage. Being used to my bike, I noticed a weird puffing sound combined with a sound of something vibrating. I started looking and holy crap bat man, I see that my right side of the head pipe just before the bend where it goes under the the frame is cracked.

I shut down the bike and look under the bike and the damn pipe is like it was cut in two. So Fulsac only warranties the pipe for manufacture defects for 1 year only and I am just over 2. I had my dealership order it and install it so I am going to ask them if anything can be done besides ordering a new head pipe.

I do have one question though. Am I able to use some high temp exhaust patch and or wrap it to get me through this riding

Ask them anyways because they might do some good will and send you a new one or the next one at a discount.

There is no fix without removing the split head pipe. Once you remove it u could have it welded, but it isn't worth the time & effort.... I would just replace it. Chris

I heard back and was not happy with the response. I left a polite but direct e-mail for the owner. We will see how this plays out, and no I am not that guy who bashes a company over an open forum, but I have no issues advising others of the customer service post sale, providing that its appropriate.
