Yup.......this is exactly what I had to do for both the fronts and rears (installed at different times) and they both now work like a champ.......shouldn't be an issueDid you try running the hazards in accessory mode? I saw on another forum that letting the lights flash for 5 minutes in accessory mode is the trick-
my CD install on my 2014 SGS evened out after a few seconds.

I didn't do CD lights. But close enough. This is pretty much spot on though. I tried doing the flashers for a few minutes, never quite worked. Eventually it just figured itself out on its own.I had the same thing when I went with their lights....as long as the turn signals were operating at the correct speed, I didn't care. Sometime between then and now, the indicator light started flashing normal...give it some time.
Its my understanding the "flasher" senses a bulb out (no resistance) and sends a "fast flash" signal. Because the led's don't have as much resistance as an incandescent bulb, the flasher will sense a burnt out bulb. From experience, the flasher finally adjusts to the new resistance and sends a normal flash signal.
Not at all. Took probably 3 or 4 months for mine to work out. The bulbs themselves still flash like normal.Well I guess I will just wait it out Does it hurt anything with the fast blinking?
After I put the plasma rods on, I got the fast blinking, but the lights blinked normal. Had a cutting out issue so took to Harley. Had 5 error codes, 3 were the new lights. When I got it back the blinkers were normal. Don't know if the codes need to be reset on your bike or not ? ..
